Even Keel Horsemanship is located at Haskins Farm in Berkley, MA!

We offer

- A large indoor riding arena with a rubber/sand footing mix with sprinkler system, dragged weekly, and attached directly to the barn.

- A large outdoor sand ring with lights and dragged weekly, right off the back of the barn.

- Wash stall with cold water. Hot water for extra fee.

- 10 x 12 stalls with rubber mats.

- Brand new wood fenced paddocks with electric.

- Numbered tack lockers.

- Space available in our tack room, office, or indoor for tack trunks.

- Heated office with view of the indoor, including fridge and microwave for boarder use.

- Property owner on-site 24/7, manager on-site all-day, every-day.

- Vet and farrier located under 20 minutes away.

- Clinics and other events held on-site!

Full Board - Starting at $525 a month

Includes:

- Stalls mucked daily.

- Paddocks mucked weekly.

- All day turnout, weather permitting.

- Water buckets dumped and scrubbed daily.

- High quality canadian Hay 3 to 4x a day.

- Nutrena Grain products 2x a day. 

- Owner provided supplements fed daily (more than one supplement requires Smartpak system).

- Seasonal Care includes blanket changes and fly gear.

- Nightcheck.

- Horses handled by experienced staff who treat and care for them as their own.
